Outsourcing
7.5.1 We have a legally enforceable agreement and a process to describe the conditions under which outsourcing work to another organisation may take place. This includes confidentiality, impartiality and conflict of interests.
7.5.2 We do not outsource anything related to certificate decision making.
7.5.3
a) We take responsibility for all outsourced activities.
b) We ensure any organization or individual representing our organisation conform to ISO 17021-1:2015 as necessary and to our organization’s requirements.
c) To protect impartiality, we ensure there is no conflict of interests or prior or current relationship between individuals or organizations carrying out work on our behalf and the organisations they are auditing.
7.5.4 Our Outsourcing Policy identifies the process for approval and monitoring of all bodies and individuals who provide outsourced services for our organisation. We maintain records of competence and qualification.
