Changes You Must Tell Us About

Clients who are certified or in the certification process must immediately report to us anything that affects the capability of the management system, product, service or process which may affect its ability to fulfil the required standard for certification.

This could be changes that relate to;

  • Status or ownership of the organisaton.
  • Organisation and management.
  • Address.
  • Scope.
  • Major changes to the management system, product, service or processes.
