8.1.1 We make publicly available via our website and knowledge base information about:
a) Our audit processes
b) Our processes for granting, refusing, maintaining, renewing suspending, restoring, or withdrawing certification or expanding scope of certification.
c) The types of management systems and certification schemes in which we operate.
d) The use of our organization’s name and certification mark or logo.
e) Our processes for handling information requests and how we handle complaints and appeals.
f) Our Impartiality Policy.
8.1.2 upon request, we will provide information on;
a) The geographical areas we operate in,
b) The status of any given certificate,
c) For any specific certified client: the name, related normative document, scope and geographical location.
Information may be limited in exceptional circumstances at the request of the client such as for security.
We ensure that all information made public, including any marketing or advertising materials, is accurate and not misleading.
