4.5.1  Our Auditing and Certification Processes is published on our website and made available at enquiry stage. Client certification status is available to interested parties upon request via the Certification Registers:

• ATC Certification Register.

4.5.2 Where appropriate, we will provide specific interested parties with access to non-confidential information about the conclusion of an audit. For example, as part of the Complaints Procedure.
